Google is the most popular website in the Internet. This edition of techblog does a picture safari through the first days of this Internet giant.

 

Google ‘Headquarters’ in 1998:

Google’s founders started their company  in Susan Wojcicki’s (who is currently working as Vice President at Google) garage who rented the space for $1,700 a month! Here is a picture of Google HQ in 1998

Even today, Google is retaining its elegant and simple design which they designed back in 1998. (Of course, they had added more features to it ; and today it is not a simple html page!)
